She is completely in tune with the needs of her clients and aware of their needs as she guides, mentors, and encourages. I was worried about my back and dizziness when I entered her yoga session. I expressed those concerns to her. She never lost site of my concerns while working with me. She came back to me time and time again to make certain I was not hurting my back or experiencing any dizziness. She customized the exercises to my specific needs. She is confident but also calm and humble. Her tone of voice and demeanor create a peaceful, non-competitive experience where a senior beginner could feel comfortable to go at my own pace, listening to my body for cues and direction.
