I offer body-based methods to support clients living with the impact of traumatic stress & chronic stress including Somatic Experiencing®, coaching, and therapeutic touch work.

Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a body based approach used to enhance nervous system regulation. Coaching and SE helps participants to create connection to body and self, facilitates the release of thwarted survival energy bound in the body, and may address the underlying cause of nervous system dysregulation.
embodied spirituality
reclamation & reconnection to self
Sessions are a container for somatic, emotional, and spiritual exploration in a way that resources and empowers the individual. Depending on the client’s needs and interests, elements of ritual, touch work, sound, breath, and gentle movement are integrated into the session.

nervous system support
Somatic therapeutic touch work is always optional. We work together to see what is most supportive for you in terms of therapeutic touch. Touch can be implemented to support awareness and connection to the body, to explore embodied boundaries, and to enhance regulation in the nervous system.
